5 Easy Steps to Complete Your Online DAE Application & Submission
The online application form will take 10 - 15 mins to complete once you have decided on the course to apply for and have the required information ready.
Step 1 (Logon Page)
Take note of the "Important Notes", then click on the <Proceed to Apply>.
You will need to enter your NRIC or Passport no. and Date of Birth (DOB) and the rest of the fields, then click <Next>. You are strongly advised to complete every page within 10 minutes, as the system would “time-out” after 10 minutes.
Step 2 (Course, Results and Personal Particulars Pages)
Completing the On-line Application Form.
You are allowed to indicate a maximum of 3 courses in the application. You must ensure that the choices are entered in the order of preference. There is no guarantee that you will automatically be granted a place in one of the courses applied for
Step 3 (Verify Information Page)
Check and confirm that all the details are correct.
Once confirmed, click on the <Submit & Print> button. No changes will be allowed after the application is submitted.
Please keep the Polytechnic posted if there is any change in address.
Step 4 (Confirmation Page)
The application is successfully submitted only when the Confirmation Page and Application Key appear. Print a copy of the Confirmation Page and send it together with the supporting documents to the office (see Step 5) as soon as possible. The list of documents required for submission is as listed in Step 1 above.
Step 5 (Application Submission)
Send the documents to the following office:
Student Services & Admissions (One-Stop Service Centre) Temasek Polytechnic Blk 9 Level 2 Lobby C 21 Tampines Avenue 1 Singapore 529757.
Pending required documents received, your status will be reflected as “Submitted”.
Upon complete document submission, your status will be reflected as “Under Consideration”.
