Dear Graduand,

Congratulations! You can be justifiably proud of your achievement and success in completing your studies at Temasek Polytechnic.

John Dewey, the American philosopher and educator, saw education not as a preparation for living but a process of living; indeed, as he put it, ‘Education is Life itself’. At TP, we endeavour to bring education to life and bring life to education in order to prepare you to be industry-ready and life-ready. As you embark on the next stage of your journey, being equipped with the requisite knowledge and skills is not sufficient. More importantly, you will do well to develop an unquenchable thirst for learning and growth and a zest to live life to the fullest.

Wherever life takes you, do treasure the friendships and relationships that you have developed here at TP. I urge you to maintain your ties with your Alma Mater and a good way to do this is by joining the Temasek Polytechnic Graduates Association.
