Preparing for such a high level competition was not
easy. Jason recalled: It took us six months to
prepare for the two categories and to whip up a three-course
set menu. During this time, we had to totally commit
to our training.
He is grateful for the support he received from TP:
TP management gave me a lot of support like providing
a training budget to purchase necessary items for the
competition, and the use of the training kitchen for
the team to practice in.
The Culinary World Cup is one of the five major international
culinary competitions sanctioned by the World Association
of Chefs Societies. This year, more than 35 countries
were represented at the competition.
