Lecturers go 'live' on radio

COMMUNICATIONS & Media Management lecturers from TP have been stamping their credentials on local radio.

Since June 2008, they have been contributing two articles a month to Mediacorp Radio’s 938LIVE’s e-newsletter “English@Work”. The e-newsletter, which is available to anyone who registers online on the station’s website at www.938live.sg, goes out fortnightly to 13,558 subscribers who are executives, managers and businessmen.

The articles cover topics like public speaking, delivering powerful presentations, appearing confi dent during interviews and writing captivating speeches. These writeups are then re-written into radio capsules by seasoned TV and radio broadcasters-turned-lecturers Ms Teh Wai Lin and Ms Felicia Nah.

The one-minute capsules are recorded in TP’s very own Media Biz Studios and broadcast on 938LIVE every Saturday and Sunday.
