Leadership (LEAD) Induction Programme, 30 Hours
LEAD is designed and facilitated by LA and TP’s Human Resource and Staff Development Department and seeks to provide leadership induction for all newly-appointed academic and administrative section heads and managers.
The programme interweaves theoretical perspectives on leadership with practical skills on performance management, within the context of TP as an institute of higher learning. It also provides a platform for cross-departmental/school leadership networking and interaction on leadership issues.
