Learning, Identity and Formation of Educators (LIFE)
This renewal programme seeks to provide an opportunity to reflect and ponder about one’s life and work. It recognises that each person is a whole person, and needs to give attention to his/her inner life. Themes such as clarifying one’s vision, keeping the passion alive, coping with tensions and the inner self are examined. The concept of servant leadership as espoused by Robert Greenleaf is introduced. Incorporated into this programme, is 15 hours of self-paced reflections expressed through wikis and blogs in OLIVE (Online Learning Interactive Virtual Environment).
