| Qualifications | Who may apply? | | Singapore-Cambridge GCE O Level | - Holders of Singapore-Cambridge GCE O Levels who missed the English Language requirement by one grade but have obtained distinctions in ALL other subjects.
- Holders of Singapore-Cambridge GCE O Levels who are not eligible to apply for courses under the JAE
- Singapore-Cambridge GCE A Level holders may apply using their Singapore-Cambridge GCE O Level results
- Former/ current polytechnic students seeking re-admission to the polytechnic, excluding holders of foreign qualifications
| | Singapore-Cambridge GCE A Level | - Holders of Singapore-Cambridge GCE A Levels (Applicants will use Singapore-Cambridge GCE O Levels as Entry Qualifications)
| | Higher NITEC/NITEC | - Relevant ITE Certificate holder without Singapore-Cambridge GCE O/N Level
- Former/ current polytechnic students seeking re-admission to the polytechnic, excluding holders of foreign qualifications
| Singapore Integrated Programme/ School of The Arts (SOTA) leading to - GCE A Level or
- International Baccalaureate

| Qualifications | When to Apply? | Singapore-Cambridge GCE O Level | - Application commence from the release of the Singapore-Cambridge GCE O Level examination results.
- Submit your application via our Online Application System
- Submission of duly completed application printout and supporting documents (photocopy of results and NRIC) must reach the Polytechnic by the due date stipulated.
- You may mail, fax, scan & email or submit in person via DAE Drop In Box situated in Auditorium Foyer or outside One-Stop Service Centre.
