- Former/ current polytechnic students seeking re-admission to the polytechnic, excluding holders of foreign qualifications
| | ITE Certificate | Holders of relevant ITE Higher NITEC/ NITEC certificates | Singapore Integrated Programme / SOTA leading to - GCE A Level or
- International Baccalaureate
| Applicants who are in the Singapore Integrated Programme / SOTA who: - have completed Year 4 or
- have graduated with GCE A Level/ International Baccalaureate diploma

- Submission of application printout and documents (photocopy of results and NRIC) must reach the Polytechnic by the due date stipulated.
- You may mail, fax, scan & email or submit in person.
