Holders of relevant ITE certificates Final semester graduating full-time ITE students Those who have Nitec or Higher Nitec International qualifications (attained overseas), attended courses at or graduated from a University or graduated from a Polytechnic are NOT eligible to apply under the JPAE. If they do so, their applications will be invalidated.
