To accept our offer of a place to you and be an official student of the polytechnic, you will need to indicate your acceptance by completing the enrolment procedure. Details on modes of payment and amount payable are also included in this package.
The Enrolment Package contains important information and instructions to assist you in the completion of your enrolment. Please read through it carefully and follow the instructions closely. We hope you will find this enrolment package helpful in completing your enrolment.

- Parent’s/Guardian’s Consent & Indemnity Form

If there are missing forms in your package, please collect the requisite forms from Student Services & Admissions during office hours. If you are not able to come in person, you may authorise someone to collect for you.
