Yes, it is a compulsory form to be submitted by both local students, SPR students and International students to declare that they are applying for Tuition Grant subsidy. With Tuition Grant subsidy, students can pay their fees at the subsidised rate.

Yes, it is a requirement of the Ministry of Education. Please note that your education are highly subsidisied by the Government of Singapore.

You have to fill up the appropriate forms enclosed in the enrolment package.
