Q1. How will I know when fees are due for payment?

A tax invoice will be sent to the students at least 2 weeks before the payment due date. The due date will be clearly indicated on the tax invoice. Besides, an announcement will be sent to the students' email accounts to inform them the due date for fee payment.

If you do not receive the fee voucher by post, you may enquire the outstanding fee payable at the "Fee Payment Status Enquiry" section.

Q2. What should I do if I do not receive any tax invoice?

You may enquire the outstanding fee payment at the "Fee Payment Status Enquiry" section.

Q3. What should I do if I have financial difficulties in paying my fees?

You are requested to call the Student Wellness & Counselling Centre hotline at tel:6780 5959 for advice before the payment due date.
