Can Post Secondary Education Account (PSEA) be used to pay my fees?

Yes, if you have PSEA and wish to use PSEA fund to pay both Tuition Fee and Other Fees for your course of study, please submit PSEA Standing Order form together with enrolment forms.
Please note that :
| i. | After PSEA payment is received to settle for both Tuition Fee and Other Fees for that semester, subsequent request from the student not to use PSEA fund to settle the fees is not allowed for that semester. Student is allowed to terminate his approved PSEA Standing Order for the next semeter.
| | ii. | Utilisation of student's PSEA balance is based on application submission as PSEA fund can be used for enrichment programme organized by Polytechnic during the student's course of study. |

Can I choose to use PSEA to pay for Other Fees and other Financial Schemes to pay for Tuition Fee?

If you want to use PSEA to pay for Other Fees only, please do not submit the PSEA Standing Order Form with the enrolment forms. You are to submit the PSEA Adhoc Withdrawal form to Finance & Administration Department @ One Stop Service Centre, Administration Block 9, Level 2, Lift Lobby C. from 18 Apr to 27 Apr 2012.

Can I choose to use PSEA to pay for Tuition Fee before Other Fees?

No, PSEA is used to settle Other Fees first and then Tuition Fee as other financial schemes (CPF, TTFS and TFL) can be used to pay the balance of Tuition Fee when the PSEA payment is insufficient to settle the Fees.

How do I apply for PSEA?

To apply, please complete the following on the PSEA Standing Order form as follows :
| i. | Write your student admission no. on the top right hand corner of your form to facilitate our processing. | | ii. | If you intend to use your sibling’s PSEA, please fill in their particulars and indicate the percentage to use in Part 2 of the form. If either you or your sibling are below 21 years old, please ensure that the form is signed by your parent / guardian with their particulars stated in Part 3 of the form. Else only your sibling and your signatures are required. | | iii. | If your form is endorsed by your guardian, please attach a copy of the legal document as proof of guardianship. |

Can I submit my Standing Order form after the closing date for this semester?

No, you are required to submit PSEA Ad Hoc Withdrawal form for this semester's fee payment after the closing date, 17 Apr 2012.
PSEA Ad Hoc Withdrawal form is available at MOE's website or you can collect it from Finance & Administration Department @ One -Stop Service Centre, Administration Block 9, Level 2, Lift Lobby C.
PSEA Standing Order for the next semester fee deduction is to be submitted to Finance & Administration Department @ One -Stop Service Centre, Administration Block 9, and Level 2, Lift Lobby C in Sep 2012.

If I have paid my fees,can I submit PSEA Ad Hoc Withdrawal form to claim?

No, PSEA Ad Hoc Withdrawal Form is used for settlement of outstanding fees in the current semester only. Any unutilised PSEA funds can be used to settle your fees payable for future semesters.

If I wish to terminate my Standing Order (SO), what should I do?

| |
You can download a SO termination form from MOE’s website. After completion, please submit it directly to MOE for processing and give a copy to Finance & Administration Department @ One Stop Service Centre, Administration Block 9, Level 2, Lift Lobby C.
