Course Description
Web 2.0 has changed the way consumers receive and use information, as well as their expectations of how businesses communicate with them. More and more business owners realize the importance of using web 2.0 technologies to maintain their competitive advantage and cultivate strong customer relationships. However, many Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) businesses find it challenging to establish and increase their web presence due to a lack of relevant IT knowledge and understanding of Web 2.0 tools. The course, SMART Web 2.0, introduces SMART strategies to use free web 2.0 tools such as blogs and social networking sites to market and brand your products and services online. Trainer Profile
Mr David Wang Yanbin
Mr. David Wang is a lecturer at Temasek Polytechnic School of Informatics & IT. He teaches various Business IT subjects such as IT Project Management, Fundamentals of Business Information Systems and Enterprise Solutions & Services Management.
Prior to joining Temasek Polytechnic, David had years of experience in the IT industry. He obtained his M.Sc. and B.Eng. from the National University of Singapore. His research interests range from E-Commerce to IT project management and business intelligence.
