The library service are extended to part-time certificated courses students with valid matriculation cards. You will be given a Single Sign-on account for accessing the Digital Library services.

Your User Name is your Admission Number and initial password is your barcode number on your matriculation card.

How To Sign-in

  1. Click the "Staff & Student Sign-in" option at the top of the screen.
  2. Type your admission number and password in the User Name and Password field in the box shown on the screen. Please add a prefix "T" to your barcode number e.g. TA123456. Then click on the Sign In button.
  3. You will see your name appearing at the top of the screen. You will be able to access the Digital Library.

How to Change Password

  1. Click on "Change Password" at the top right-hand corner of the screen (this option only appears after you have signed in).
  2. Follow the instructions on the screen to change the password.

How to Activate Self-Check Pin Code

You are required to activate your pin code before you are able to borrow using the self-check machine.

  1. On the Library Homepage, click on the WebOPAC link to launch Library Catalogue.
  2. At the WebOPAC screen, click on "User" in the menu bar.
  3. On the User screen, select the "Self-Check PIN Code" option.
  4. Please follow the instruction on the screen to activate your self-check PIN code. Note that your default PIN code is your barcode number with a prefix "T" e.g. TA123456.
  5. Enter a new PIN Code which should be numeric only. Click on the GO button to confirm.
