The library service are extended to part-time certificated courses students with valid matriculation cards. You will be given a Single Sign-on account for accessing the Digital Library services.
Your User Name is your Admission Number and initial password is your barcode number on your matriculation card.
How To Sign-in
- Click the "Staff & Student Sign-in" option at the top of the screen.
- Type your admission number and password in the User Name and Password field in the box shown on the screen. Please add a prefix "T" to your barcode number e.g. TA123456. Then click on the Sign In button.
- You will see your name appearing at the top of the screen. You will be able to access the Digital Library.
How to Change Password
- Click on "Change Password" at the top right-hand corner of the screen (this option only appears after you have signed in).
- Follow the instructions on the screen to change the password.
How to Activate Self-Check Pin Code
You are required to activate your pin code before you are able to borrow using the self-check machine.
- On the Library Homepage, click on the WebOPAC link to launch Library Catalogue.
- At the WebOPAC screen, click on "User" in the menu bar.
- On the User screen, select the "Self-Check PIN Code" option.
- Please follow the instruction on the screen to activate your self-check PIN code. Note that your default PIN code is your barcode number with a prefix "T" e.g. TA123456.
- Enter a new PIN Code which should be numeric only. Click on the GO button to confirm.
