Course Overview

This course will equip participants with the knowledge and skills in the safe preparation of food. The course is divided into Parts 1 & 2 and is offered as a supplementary learning resource.  This MLC may be used as a preparatory aid to the Food Safety Course Level 1, however, it does not provide official certification as required by all food handlers by the Singapore Food Agency. All food handlers in the food services industry and household.

Certification

 

Participants will receive an electronic Certificate of Completion issued by Temasek Polytechnic upon completion of each MLC. This is not equivalent to certification issued by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
