“Yertilizer” is a biodegradable and eco-friendly organic biofertiliser, which consists of beneficial yeast isolated from fruit peels. Yertilizer can be directly applied onto the soil in the pot, or reconstituted for large-scale applications in the farms. The beneficial yeast may secrete phytase, which is an enzyme that releases the phosphorus from the soil. Thus, there is an increase in phosphorus availability to plants for better growth.
