Let’s chat! At the Career Services centre, our focus is to help you to develop your self-concept, deepen your understanding and commitment towards the sectors that you are likely to enter after you graduate and eventually transit to work successfully.
Our Education & Career Guidance (ECG) counsellors will help you discover your work Values, career Interests, Personality and Skills that you have together with the exploration of education and career options that are available to you.

We seek to be the interface between TP and external stakeholders.
We oversee the ECG landscape in TP.
We design, plan, implement, operationalize ECG initiatives and polices.
We manage ECG information and resources.
Career & Further Education Advisory
We offer individual and group career and further education advisement.
We conduct staff training to help them in their roles as career and further education advisors.
We develop online systems to support advisement.
We work with outreach partners in TP to reach MOE schools.
We harmonize and enhance TP’s ECG curriculum.
We design and conduct career preparation programmes.
We organise careers fairs, roadshows and recruitment talks.
We offer employers opportunities for on-site job interviews for students.
We promote the use of relevant career portals/tools.

The Career Services Centre is staffed by a team of people from diverse industries and backgrounds. Our Education & Career Guidance (ECG) Counsellors are trained and certified in career coaching. Our officers bring to the table their prior experience in business development, administration and events management. Together with the Management of Career Services Centre, we are dedicated to help our students and alumni appreciate their unique attributes and explore the many possible pathways of careers and further education.

At Career Services, our focus is to help our students develop their self-concept and deepen their understanding and commitment towards the sectors that they are likely to enter after they graduate, to successfully transit to work.
Career Services offers one-to-one and group ECG at a mutually-arranged timing. Our ECG Counsellors are all Certified Career Development Facilitators and have experience in counselling. Students and alumni can address any career, resume or interview concerns or get advice about their university applications at these sessions. The trained counsellors will support students and alumni to find their strengths, interests, skills and the available education and career options interweaved with the coaching from the counsellors.

Our career preparation workshops/ training are organised to maximize personal management, learning and career exploration and career management.
Through an array of suitable lessons and activities (both in and out of the classroom), Career Services helps to enhance the employability of our students and alumni. We partner with external training partners to bring updated and relevant market trends to get our students career-ready.

Careers fairs, company- or industry-specific road shows are organised so that our students benefit from engaging with industry and companies during term time. Wherever possible, we will arrange for the companies to have on-site networking and interviews for our students and alumni.
