The course aims is to deepen the knowledge and skills of accounting and banking professionals or diploma holders to perform market analysis in business environmental scans.

What You Will Learn

To be awarded the Specialist Diploma in Business Innovations in Finance, participants are required to complete a total of 2 Post-Diploma Certificates (PDCs). A certificate will be issued upon successful completion of each PDC.

This subject focuses on the management of interactions with customers so as to attract, retain, and create strong relationships. Participants will also be introduced to ethical and regulatory considerations specifically related to the provision of financial services. The knowledge of investment products and financial planning translates effectively into sales when participants are trained in client acquisition and relationship management.


This subject introduces students to the concepts and techniques of interrogating data to derive useful knowledge and patterns that can help financial institutions gain business insights for decision-making. 

Participants will be introduced to concepts and techniques of turning data from various sources into information useful to financial consultants for identifying emerging investment trends and client needs.

This subject examines theoretical models and practical manners through which organisations practice corporate entrepreneurship. Students will study the entrepreneurial process from examples including nascent corporate new ventures and the eventual spin-off of such ventures.
