Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) for Air Transport Sector

The Professional Conversion Programme for Air Transport Sector (PCP- AT) is a joint initiative by the Workforce Singapore (WSG) and Temasek Polytechnic (TP), offering competency-based training to individuals who aspire for a career in the Air Transport industry.

This programme aims at enabling Professional, Managers, Executives and Technicians (“PMETs’) to switch careers by facilitating placements into hiring companies and putting them through industry-recognised training programmes to acquire the necessary skills for the new occupations. 

PCP-AT comprises 2 components:

(i)   1-month full-time training which leads to an Advanced Certificate in Aviation Management with TP

(ii)  5-month in-house structured on-the- job (OJT) training with the hiring company

Who can apply?

Candidates who meet ALL the following eligibility requirements may apply for the programme :

  • Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident;
  • At least 21 years of age;
  • At least 2 years of full-time working experience (excluding NS);
  • Fulfilled National Service obligation (for Males);
  • Possess at least a ‘N’ level qualification

Your resume will be forwarded to all hiring companies for selection.

Selection of applicants is at the discretion of the hiring companies and hiring companies will contact their shortlisted applicants for interview. Applicants have the right to reject the interview if they are not comfortable in working with the companies that have contacted them.

Only applicants who are hired by the hiring companies will be invited to submit an online application for the Professional Conversion Programme.
