Effective Digital & Social Media Analytics

This is an introductory module that aims to help businesses improve the effectiveness of their marketing efforts through data analysis. It enables businesses to know how effective they are marketing themselves in social media and to benchmark themselves against their competitors. Participants will understand the key performance indicators to look out for and be able to use tools to perform the analysis. The module will also enable business to plan for their marketing campaigns through understanding customer life cycle and customer analytics. With the insights gained, businesses can refine their marketing strategies and communication with their customers to increase the benefits they can achieve from their marketing efforts.
