This course will equip participants with skills and knowledge to run a SAP Sales Cloud implementation project and be able to translate customer business needs to best practice business scenarios in SAP Sales Cloud. Through the participation of the course, participants will learn to perform set up and configuration of the sales solution to manage business processes and define Sales Methodology process to streamline Opportunity process. The participants will learn to configure Sales Quote and Order management functionalities with replications to connected SAP backend system and also to configure functionalities which enables sales personal to plan and record customer visits and activities. This course will help them to understand key features and functions of pricing in SAP Sales Cloud and help to configure Sales Target Planning to carry out top down sales planning. Further to that, participants will be able to migrate data into the application and troubleshoot migration issues. In addition, participants would be able to demonstrate the reporting capabilities of the system and set up and configure the solution to manage business processes including sales, marketing, service and social.
There are two (2) compulsory modules in this course.
The course will be conducted by certified SAP trainers who are specialists in the topics covered and are equipped with an expanse of experience in training practitioners in the industry.
