This course will equip participants with the skills and knowledge to implement SAP Service Cloud on set up and configure the solution to manage SAP Service Cloud business processes. Through this, participants will be able to explain the different communication channels that are supported in SAP Service Cloud and also explain and set up Service Levels, Categories and Work Distributions, explain and set up Registered Products and Installed Bases, Warranty Management and maintenance plan in Tickets and be able to maintain the role of Resource Scheduler & Time Recording in Tickets. Participants will understand the Service Contracts in SAP Service Cloud and be able to explain Response templates and its determination in Tickets and SAP Cloud for Customer Work Ticket integration with ERP. Further to that, participants will be equipped with knowledge of SAP Cloud for Customer administrative functions to effectively manage the needs of the business and able to migrate data into the application and troubleshoot migration issues. They would also be able to set up and configure the solution to manage business processes including sales, marketing, service and social and learn about the mobile features of SAP Cloud for Customer.
There are two (2) compulsory modules in this course.
The course will be conducted by certified SAP trainers who are specialists in the topics covered and are equipped with an expanse of experience in training practitioners in the industry.
