The Professional Certificate in Applied Community Arts Facilitation aims to convert deep artistic expertise into high-value, transferable skills in pedagogy, ethics and community engagement. The core value proposition is to equip creatives to become “Creative Facilitators” who can use their art form as a powerful methodology for social and organisational development.

The programme's structure is heavily weighted towards practical application, with 70% of the total duration of the programme dedicated to On-the-Job Training (OJT). This “Train-and-Place” model ensures that participants graduate not just with a certificate, but with a verified, market-ready portfolio, prepared to immediately secure meaningful engagements
