Enclothed Cognition is a psychological concept. What we wear influences how we think, feel, and behave, based on the symbolic meanings we associate with certain clothes. By embedding confidence cues into garments, a designer can create pieces that help wearers feel empowered, overcome fear, and embody a desired mindset.
Enclothed Cognition aims to debunk the limitations shaped by an individual’s own beliefs and mindset. Silhouttes are designed to introduce movement and fluidity, encouraging wearers to seek and rewrite their internal narratives, break free from inherited or self-imposed constraints, and move through life with confidence!
