25 Minutes

Category
Design for Social Change

Sleep has become less of a priority due to the fast-paced environment that has become typical in Singapore. Students often face academic pressures, while working adults experience overwhelming workloads. Additionally, a highly contributing factor known as "Revenge bedtime procrastination" is a phenomenon that occurs due to the lack of free time during the day. This lifestyle has become such a norm that youths today feel social pressures when prioritizing sleep over work. With a movie theatre concept that encourages well-being through power naps and cinematic escapes, 25 Minutes is a campaign that pushes for a healthy work-life balance between sleep and personal wellness.
