Talking about death is often avoided because it feels uncomfortable or emotionally heavy. In Singapore, many families delay conversations about end-of-life wishes, assuming there will always be more time. As a result, personal preferences, responsibilities, and emotional messages are often left unspoken, only emerging after loss and adding strain to grieving families.
Heart to Heart encourages earlier, more open discussions about end-of-life planning within families. The aim is to reduce uncertainty, strengthen understanding, and help families maintain emotional closeness while time is still available.
