Back to Human is the core activation of The Social Skills Reboot, designed to help young adults reconnect with real-life interaction in an AI-saturated world. Through interactive pop-ups across Singapore polytechnics, the campaign guides participants through three experiential zones: anonymous self-expression, low-pressure phone conversations, and fast-paced face-to-face dialogue challenges. Each stage gradually rebuilds confidence, emotional awareness, and conversational resilience. By replacing passive digital dependence with active human practice, Back to Human transforms social anxiety into shared experience. The campaign ultimately encourages youth to reclaim communication as a human skill, not something outsourced to AI, but strengthened through real connection.
