The creative industry in Singapore demands high-quality work and productivity under tight deadlines with little space for rest or creative exploration. Younger creatives in Singapore are often victims of work-life imbalance due to inexperience. Therefore, they are overwhelmed by stress while also losing their passion and motivation to use their creativity. TEMPO is an interactive exhibition that tackles this phenomenon by visualising some of the problems while providing a digital playground for users to experiment with. While this is not a direct solution, it helps creatives understand how they feel and rekindle their relationship with their passions.

Hi! I'm Kashif, a designer who enjoys exploring diverse styles and skill sets. Design is the best opportunity for me to let my ideas roam wild while grounding them in intention. I am drawn to projects that blend storytelling, interaction, and emotion. I also enjoy experimenting across different media, from digital experiences to immersive concepts, to create work that feels both meaningfully human and visually striking.
