Pets are cute, lovely, family… to some, because pet abandonment is still on the rise. With Singapore’s booming pet culture, they’re becoming increasingly easy to get. This has led to rash and impulsive decisions, creating a huge gap between the ideals of ownership versus the reality of caretaking, leaving many unprepared for what the long-term commitment truly entails.

Our Singapore Pets’ Council (OSPC) is a visionary governing body dedicated to cultivating a healthier mindset toward pet ownership for our animal companions. Through accessible resources, community support, mandatory screenings and education, OSPC aims to instil a sense of belonging and importance to our pets. Because pets ARE family and FOR LIFE, and OSPC will make you take a paws before you say “Let’s get that dog!”

Hello! I’m Joy :-)

I’m a designer who creates with a big, BIG heart to craft compelling stories that impact. Every project I create holds a piece of me—occasionally expressed through wit, humour, vibrant colours, or playful illustrations. A firm believer in designing with intention, I love seeing the world through my audience’s eyes while staying true to myself. With this approach and staying curious about new possibilities along the way, I hope to create designs that resonate and bring a smile to people’s faces, just as they do to mine.
