Eczema. A skin condition that results in an itchy and dry rash. You would think a condition common amongst Singaporeans would be well understood, and that the public would be tolerant; however, eczema patients say this isn't the case. We have only scratched the surface of this condition.
Brought to you by National Skin Centre (NSC), Scratching the Surface is a campaign that sheds light on aspects of eczema that are often overlooked or dismissed. By promoting empathy and educating the public, NSC hopes that this campaign will help the public become more tolerant of this condition and seek professional intervention and treatment at NSC.
