Singapore’s F&B scene is vast and diverse, spanning high-end restaurants, shopping mall dining, and our iconic hawker centres. As younger Singaporeans’ lifestyles and dining preferences evolve, decisions about where to eat are increasingly shaped by factors such as convenience, cuisine, and ambience. In contrast, hawker centres are often perceived as traditional, no-frills spaces that are both affordable and delicious.

EatNoEnuf explores how hawker culture can be reframed to resonate with a new generation without losing what makes it uniquely Singaporean, as dining experience expectations continue to shift.
