One Hug Away is a community-based support initiative designed to help parents feel supported, confident, and emotionally reassured in today’s fast-paced world. While many parenting programmes focus on children or problem-solving, this project centres parents as the priority, acknowledging that they are already doing their best but often lack emotional support and confidence.
Through monthly neighbourhood-based meet-ups, One Hug Away provides a safe space for parents to connect, share experiences, and find reassurance without judgment.
The initiative integrates both physical and digital touchpoints to suit busy lifestyles, offering time-efficient, accessible, and human support. Ultimately, the project aims to remind parents that they are not alone, perfection is not required, and support is always within reach.
