ReLunch is a workplace wellbeing project that confronts a quiet but common problem: lunch breaks aren't really breaks anymore. Even though breaks are allowed, modern work culture often turns them into rushed eating, desk lunches or skipped meals due to deadlines, social pressure and the feeling that rest must be earned.

This project aims to redefine lunch break as a joyful, restorative moment and promote healthier break habits.

ReLunch reimagines the lunch hour as a guided recovery system by suggesting users realistic break plans based on time, distance, energy level and break intention. It curates nearby food activities that fit within the limits of a real lunch break.
