Responsible Consumption and Production

2x4 is a sustainable Omakase-style restaurant that gets its food source from unwanted food from local supermarkets, F&Bs and food donations from residents around the area. Its goal is to create a sustainable solution that reduces food waste, promotes resource efficiency, and fosters a circular economy. Through innovative design and collaborative efforts, it aims to minimise waste at all stages of the food supply chain, mitigate environmental impacts, repurpose food waste into valuable resources, encourage mindful consumption and implement waste-reduction technologies to contribute to a more sustainable and resilient food system.
