jom gaul is a shared kitchen marketplace that encourages citizens to explore sustainable food practices and zero food waste by utilising discounted food resources such as ugly food and canned food. This project aims to connect people through the joy of cooking and appreciation for food through mixed programmes built based on daily lifestyle and food business operations. Building a strong food community and fostering social connections will balance food distribution between enhancing food security and reducing food wastage.
