Inspired by the greenery around 450 Piccadilly, Under the Canopy reinterprets tree structures to create a layered indoor landscape that supports wellness, social interaction, and work-life balance. Columns act as “trunks”, supporting suspended platforms that branch into spaces like co-working areas and a yoga studio. Curved forms, natural materials, and warm tones create a restorative environment that encourages smooth circulation and a balance between productivity and relaxation.

Space Planning

I believe good design balances functionality, clarity, and experience. A well-designed space should not only meet practical needs but also shape how people move, interact, and feel within the environment. Through thoughtful spatial planning, form, and material choices, design can guide movement, encourage connection, and create meaningful experiences for users. By combining clear spatial planning and strong visual representation, I aim to design environments that are both engaging and purposeful. Ultimately, I strive to create spaces that are comfortable and able to positively influence how people experience their surroundings.
