Parry House is a boarding school for international students centred on mental health, belonging, and cultural exchange. Guided by the concept "Intersecting Layers - Roots & Routes," the design explores how spatial layering can reflect students' journeys of grounding and growth. Communal programs encourage interaction between students and the wider community, fostering shared experiences through food, culture, and flexible gathering spaces. The project balances privacy and connection, creating an environment that supports emotional well-being while celebrating diversity.

I see interior design as more than arranging space. It is a tool that can influence a person's mental and emotional state. I am deeply interested in how atmosphere, light, material, and movement shape our daily experiences. I design with sensitivity to transitions and spatial layering, thinking about how someone enters, pauses, and connects within a space. I am drawn to environments that feel grounding yet open, calm yet dynamic. For me, design is about creating spaces that quietly support people's growth, comfort, and sense of belonging.
