Resonance aims to transform 30 Parry Avenue into an intergenerational music hub, fostering community bonding through shared musical experiences. Addressing the need for a space allowing people of different generations to interact, as well as countering the lack of accessible platforms for local musicians in Singapore. This creates a space where individuals, regardless of age or musical background, can connect through a shared love for music and spontaneous interaction. Nurturing Singapore’s growing local music scene while fostering community bonds through opportunities for performances, learning, and exchanges.

I’m an Interior Architecture & Design student interested in how spatial decisions influence emotions, behaviour, and how people live their lives. My work often centres on community-driven spaces, alongside more private environments such as workshops, learning spaces, and interactive rooms. I design with a strong focus on experience and participation, using storytelling to shape how spaces are felt rather than relying solely on form. Influenced by Singapore’s fast-paced lifestyle, I create spaces that encourage slowing down, self-discovery, and a sense of belonging. My process is research-led and concept-driven, followed by careful technical resolution, believing good design must serve its purpose while creating desire.
