Pedal proposes the adaptive reuse of a heritage building at 450 Piccadilly Road into a mental wellness and recovery hub for cyclists along the popular Seletar Loop. Responding to the psychological pressures of competitive training, the design creates a structured recovery journey from physical cooldown to quiet reflection within the existing colonial architecture. By integrating cyclist-specific programmes such as mobility zones, therapy rooms, and reflection pods, the project addresses the current lack of dedicated mental recovery spaces. Rooted in UNSDG 11, it demonstrates how historic buildings can be sustainably transformed to support community well-being and contemporary cycling culture.

I am a passionate and curious designer who enjoys turning ideas into meaningful visual experiences. My approach focuses on simplicity, clarity, and purpose, ensuring every design not only looks good but also communicates effectively. I believe good design should solve problems, connect with people, and leave a lasting impression. By combining creativity with thoughtful research and attention to detail, I aim to create designs that are both visually engaging and functional. I am always exploring new tools, trends, and perspectives to continuously improve and grow as a designer.
