Peony Path is an educational wedding card game that helps Millennial and Gen Z couples understand traditional Chinese rituals such as Guo Da Li, Hui Li, and Jia Zhuang. As these customs are less commonly passed down, many couples feel uncertain about the meanings, preparation, and ritual sequence of gifts. Through structured yet engaging gameplay, the game guides players on what to prepare, who to present gifts to, and how each step unfolds. By turning a complex cultural process into an interactive learning experience, Peony Path supports confident wedding planning. Players also create a symbolic keepsake keychain as a practical reminder and meaningful souvenir.

Storytelling through Products

Hi, I’m Carolyn, but everyone calls me Carol. I am an emotionally driven product designer who believes that objects should carry meaning beyond their function. I am drawn to the balance between strength and softness in my work, which is a perspective that shapes everything I create, from intimate pieces like jewellery to broader product experiences. With a strong sensitivity to aesthetics and branding, I design with intention, clarity, and emotional depth. My goal is to craft thoughtful experiences that feel personal, purposeful and quietly powerful in everyday life.
