As life expectancy rises in Singapore, more individuals will live with dementia, making ageing in place increasingly important. Yet familiar neighbourhood routes can become disorienting, and current dementia-friendly measures such as murals or colour-coded signage remain static and non-personalised. Constellation reimagines public infrastructure as an adaptive wayfinding support system. A smart insole syncs with a caregiver app, enabling customised routines and preferred routes. As users move through their neighbourhood, the system activates nearby displays and projections to provide contextual visual cues that guide and reorient them. This personalised approach supports independence while ensuring timely assistance remains accessible.

Hi! I'm Weilong, a product designer hailing from a digital art and programming background. My prior experience in graphics and game development, combined with my specialisation in product design, has made me a versatile designer with a strong foundation in both physical and digital design mediums.

I find joy in exploring new ways to elevate my design skills, constantly pushing beyond what I have learnt in the classroom.

Outside of school, the world is my muse. I seek inspiration from music, cultures, and other design media, allowing me to approach my work with fresh perspectives.
