Intercare+ redesigns the customer journey for adjustable desks through a seamless Before–During–After experience. In the Before stage, customers purchase a collectable blind box featuring a miniature desk model, allowing them to explore Interdesk’s material quality and craftsmanship. During decision-making, the InterApp uses a smart MCQ system to recommend suitable desk options based on lifestyle and workspace needs, alongside a one-time AI defect scan to build trust. In the After stage, ongoing support is provided through AI-powered defect detection and an Aftercare Kit for simple repairs. Together, these touchpoints create an engaging, confident, and sustainable ownership experience that strengthens satisfaction and brand loyalty.
