RePlay is a modular cat enrichment system designed for compact urban homes. Indoor cats often experience boredom and limited stimulation, and quickly outgrow traditional pet furniture. RePlay introduces an interlocking panel system that allows modules to be assembled, rearranged and expanded over time. The structure adapts across four stages: Security, Observation, Exploration and Expansion. Instead of replacing products, owners reconfigure the same core components, extending product lifespan and reducing waste. Guided by behaviour-led design, RePlay supports movement, confidence building and mental stimulation, transforming static furniture into an evolving play environment.
