TerraFlow is a multi-terrain transport cart designed to improve efficiency and reduce physical strain for zookeepers at Mandai. Daily tasks involve moving heavy food trays over long distances and across uneven terrain, often requiring repeated trips. TerraFlow integrates with existing tray systems through secure vertical slots, stabilising guards, and a locking lip to prevent spills. A low centre of gravity ensures balanced weight distribution, while large rubberised wheels provide stability on gravel and slopes. An ergonomic waist-height handle supports better posture, and a top preparation surface allows quick on-site adjustments, enhancing workflow and supporting zookeeper wellbeing.
