OBJECTIVES OF THIS MODULE
This module serves to introduce students to some of the subjects they would learn in communications and media. As students go through a “lite” version of what polytechnic students actually learn in their curriculum, they would have a clear idea if communications and media is a suitable field of study for them. For students who are inclined toward content creation such as writing, programming and broadcasting, this module would give them a glance of the career options they would have if they were to pursue communications and media studies.
It also immerses them into polytechnic life and learning methods.
