Our Student Achievements

Our HRM elective student team from the Diploma in Business (BUS) emerged champions out of 17 teams among five polytechnics and ITEs at the Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI) HR Hackathon 2019.

Andy Ong graduated in 2021, won the ESG Founder Grant (worth $50,000), and is already a co-founder of two companies - ProdG and Athos. Driven by passion, Andy embarked on his start-ups while studying in TP, and is a recipient of the Promising Entrepreneur Award.

Students worked with software development company, Qooline, to improve the usability of their mobile app, and designed a new module to enable foreigners to remit funds to families members in their home countries. Students used their prototyping and innovative thinking skills to create a medium-fidelity prototype that aims to bring added convenience to its users.
