Our Student Achievements

WorldSkills Singapore (WSS) is a national skills competition aimed at raising the standards of excellence in technical skills. Keisha, a gold medallist, will represent Singapore in the “Youth Olympic of Skills” in Shanghai in 2022.

As part of the Wine & Beverage subject each year for the last decade, two Culinary & Catering Management students and a staff mentor have embarked on a 10-day wine sponsored trip to Margaret River to experience harvest and winemaking!

Our culinary students and chef instructor came together to work on a range of ready-to-eat sandwiches and burgers for GreenDot Singapore. Look out for the new menu at their outlets soon!
