This course equips you with a strong foundation specialising in aerodynamics, aircraft engines, as well as structures and systems. Your learning journey will include a six-month practical training in our Lufthansa Technical Training (LTT) Centre, opportunities for study trips to Germany and the USA, and paths for higher aerospace attachment in various aerospace organisations in Singapore and beyond. Applying Augmented Reality in Learning about Aircraft Engines

In this project, our students applied Augmented Reality (AR) technology to enhance the learning experience of working with aircraft engines. This interactive project allows users to navigate, access and understand complex systems and explores new ways of using AR in the aerospace industry.

Design and Develop a Recovery System for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV)

Presented with the problem of safe drone recovery during an emergency, this project required our students to apply their engineering skills to provide a practical solution. Leveraging on design paths and the building and testing of ideas, our students were able to provide a working solution. They also used 3D printing and data acquisition systems to improve the turnaround time and design concepts.

Mercury Seven – Winners of Singapore Space Challenge

With determination and passion, our students proved that space technology could be within their reach. Working closely with their lecturers, the team put together a design solution for satellites and supported it with sound technical concepts. Their judgement and in-depth knowledge of engineering concepts convinced professors and space practitioners that their solution was the best in the competition. Without prior knowledge in space technology, they proved that with right mind-set and guidance, anything is possible!
