Course Overview

This subject covers extensive applications and useful advanced features of office automation technology. A strong emphasis is placed on creating hands-on training environment which enables students to embrace office automation technology to function and contribute effectively in an increasingly technologically driven workplace. Students will learn how to integrate useful advanced features of office automation tools to support business operations.

 

 

Objectives

 

This subject aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills to:

  • prepare and analyse spreadsheets
  • prepare professional business documents
  • prepare students with ability to integrate essential office automation applications to aid in business decision-making

Entry Requirements

Applicants applying for modular units which are drawn from existing full diploma or post-diploma programmes will have the same minimum entry requirements as the full qualifications.
